Dear Mr. Murley:
In our letter dated January 20, 1982, on the above subject deficiency, it was stated that w anticipated correcting all the HVAC nonconforming conditions by September 1,1983. However, due to scheduling changes beyond the control of the Philadelphia Electric Company, nonconforming conditions that exist in HVAC duct fabricated for Unit 2, but not yet installed, have not yet been corrected. It is now expected that all nonconf orming conditions will be corrected by June 1,1984.
