Dear Mr. Brools:

This is in response to your letter dated June 18, 1991, in which you requested an open review between you and the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Cornission (NRC),

dt Pilgrim, regarding your radiation exposures at the Pilgrim Nuclear Rower Station.

Your documents and your exposure records have been reviewed by the NRC, as stated in our correspondence to you from R. Starostecki, dated April 15, 1986.

Your concerns were reviewed again in October 1999 as you were informed in a letter from J. Rogge, dated October 19, 1990.

There has been no additional information provided that would lead us to believe that you received an exposure that was in excess of regulatory limits while you were employed at Pilgrim in 1977 No further NRC action is being considered on this matter.
