1 DOCKET NO.

50-266 UNIT NA:4E Point Deach, Unit 1 DATE July 8, 1991 COMPLETED BY D.

C.

Potorson TELEPHONE 414/755-2321, Extension 361 Following a 45-day refueling and maintenance outago completed in the previous month, Unit 1 operated at approximately 473 MWo not throughout this report period with one significant load reduction and one unit trip.

The significant load reduction was caused by instrument lino leakago on the steam generator foodwater pump IP-28A.

The unit trip was due to do-energized reactor protection instrumentation bus due to inverter failure.

During this period, Unit 1 experienced an event which is reportable in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73 (LER 91-006).

On June 15 omorgency diosol generator G-01 fast-started as a result of switches in-local control panel C-64A being disturbed as the panel door was opened.

Safety-related maintenance included repaired leaking suction flow transmittor fi.tting on steam generator foodwater pump 1P-28A; replaced dofoctivo diodos in inverter DY-01; replaced stem, plug, and cago of atmospheric steam dump valvo IMS-2016; and replaced seals on component cooling water pump 1P-11A.
