Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Oyster Creek Cycle 10 Reload Application Supplement No. I to Technical Specification Change Request No. 96 Amendments 5 and 6 to General Electric NEDO 24195 Amendment No. 80 to the Facility Description and Safety Analysis Report The enclosed information supplements our previous submittals of July 22, 1983,Itarch 9, 1981 and April 21, 1980. Collectively these documents provide the bases for the Oyster Creek Cycle 10 Reload. It is requested that General Electric NEDO 24195 be incorporated as Amendment No. 80 to the Facility Description and Safety Analysis Report. Also enclosed are the revised pages which supplement our Technical Saecification Change Request No. 96. areviously submitted on August 31, 1982. Tl1cse revised sages are to replace tie corresponding previously submitted pages of tie Technical Specifications; all other pages furnished with the original Technical Specification Change Recuest shall remain unchanged. This submittal reflects the final Cycle 10 Reloac Core Design information and includes the corresponding final changes to Technical Specification Change Request No. 96.
The Supplement No. 1 to Technical Specification Change Request No. 96 and Amendment No. 80 to the Facility Description and Safety Analysis Report has been reviewed by the Plant Operations Review Committee and an Independent Safety Review Group in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this Technical Specification Change Request revision and amendment to the Facility Description and Safety Analysis Report has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
