Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS)
Units 1,2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Security Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 10A File: 95-001-493: 95-056-026 In accordance with the above reference letter, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) retracted Revision 10 to the Security Training and Qualification Plan as requested by NRC Region IV. APS met with Region IV NRC on February 23,1995, to discuss enhancements and provide clarification to the plan.
Based on the February. meeting, APS has e
incorporated changes to the plan under Revision 10A. A summary of changes are provided in Enclosure 1.
Justification for the changes are provided in Enclosure 2.
Enclosed please find an original and three copies of Revision 10A to the PVNGS Security Training and Qualification-Plan.
In accordance with 10CFR50.4(b)(4)(iii), APS is forwarding two copies of Revision 10A to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region IV.
This revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Security ~ Training and Qualification Plan and is being submitted pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p)(2).
APS has determined that the Security Training and Qualification Plan is a proprietary document and is subject to the controls of 10CFR2.790(d). APS requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR2.790(d) and should agt be placed in the Public Document Room.
