EECO Enerov Resoonse to NRC Raouest for Additional information By telephone call, the NRC requested additional information regarding Modification P00068-3 Specifically, the NRC requested information regarding PECO Energy's plan for conducting post modification and future testing of the spare containment penetrations resulting from Modification P0006834.

As a result of the modification, containment penetrations N-35B and N 35D will no longer be required for TlP system operation. The TIP tubing which passes through these penetrations will be cut on both sides of the drywell penetration. Both sides of the tubing will then be fitted with a flare union and capped with a Swagelock cap.

As part of the Modification P00068-3 acceptance test, the capped tubing in containment penetrations N.

35B and N45D wBI be pressure tested with air or nitrogen at 75 5 psig. The test will be deemed acceptable when no leakage, (as determined by the capped area being ' bubble free' by using leak detection fluid for > 1 minute) is observed. The 75 5 psig test pressure is based on 125% of drywell rated pressure of 56 psig plus a 5 psig tolerance.

There are no other tests planned for these penetrations.
