Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Reportable Occurrence Reports R0-369/83-86 and 370/83-54 were to have been submitted by October 21, 1983. These 30 day Reportable Occurrences (pursuant to T.S. 6.9.1.11) concern degradation of the spray and/or sprinkler systems (T.S. 3.7.10.2) which were discovered on September 23, 1983. However, investigation of the incidents and preparation of the reports are incomplete at this time. The reports will be submitted by November 4, 1983.
