Dear Sir:
The referenced letter was inadvertently transmitted undated. The correct date for the refarenced letter is February 21, 1984.
In addition, several other corrections should be made to the Attachment 1 transmitted in the referenced letter. Please replace the affected pages of the referenced letter with the corrected pages in Attachment 1 of this letter. of this letter contains changes to be made to the Emergency Plan and Implementing Document which are in addition to those originally indicated in the referenced letter.
All revf.sions to the plan and procedures incorporating these changes will be completed by May 4, 1984.

v Attachment I to W3F84-0029 Changes to ha Made to the Waterford 3 Emergency Plan.
In addition to the attached pages, the following changes will be made in Revision 7 of the Plan:
1.
The Alert / Notification System report will be s'>bmitted for staff review by March 30, 1984. This report will be included in the Emergency Plan as Appendix K.
2.
Appendix A - Mutual Assistance Agreement - will be updated to reflect correct names, titles and phone numbers.
3.
The methods for notif: ing the Coast Guard and Missouri Pacific Railroad (as referenced in their letters of agreement) will be described in Attachment C.
4.
A letter will be obtained from LNED tha't references their statutory authorities and responsibilities. This will replace the letter now in Appendix F.
