Oyster Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50 - 219 Amendment to the Facility Operating License Technical Specification Change Request 222 The subject request was submitted to the NRC by GPU Nuclear letter dated November 25, 1994. The request proposes to revise the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications to allow the use of an additional 45 existing spent fuel storage locations in the spent fuel pool.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering (BNE) reviewed the request in accordance l
with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b), and we have no comments.
