Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC S 552, as amended, and the provisions of 10 CFR Part 9, the undersigned hereby requests the following:

the engineering evaluation report by the AEOD on Loss of Shutdown Cooling and Subsequent Boron Dilution At San Onofre 2, issued on April 25, 1983, and all correspondence and documentation related thereto (see Enclosure J of the WIR for the week ending May 6, 1983).
2.
all information relating to the fuel rod degradation problem described in IE Information Notice 82-27, dated August 5, 1982.
