Enclosed is a draft copy of the revised Appendix 13.B, Emergency Plan, for the Clinton Power Station Final Safety Analysis Report (CPS-FSAR).
This is provided for advance review by NRC Staff personnel for the upcoming site visit in early November.
Illinois Power Company is planning to include this material in FSAR Amendment 28 which is scheduled for issuance next month.
We trust that the information will resolve SER Outstanding Issue
- 18 for closecut in the next SER Supplement.
