Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In the Corrective Action section of Significant Deficiency Report SD 413-414/82-06, dated April 15, 1982, it was stated that all necessary corrective actions would be complete b:7 April 1, 1983. Please be advised that all work required on Unit 1 is complete. Due to the discovery of an incomplete list of affected socket welds, the Unit 2 work has not yet been completed. A complete and accurate list has now been compiled and the required work on Unit 2 socket welds will be completed by February 1, 1985.
