INTERVENORS' RESPONSE TO APPLICANTS' MOTIGN FOR RECONSIDERATION OF SECURITY CONTENTION 4 Intervenors hereby request the Board to allow Security Contention 4 (Reliance on LLEA) to stand.
In the Board's " Memorandum and Order (Ruling on Security Contentions)" of January 19, 1984, the Board admitted the above contention, along with three other contentions.

A In negotiations with applicants on 2/9/84 and 2/22/84 and in a phone conversation prior to the conference call on 2/16/84, Intervenors and Applicants agreed to settle Contentions 2 and 3 and at present, may come to a resolution en Contention 6.
This agreement will be forthcoming in the near future.
Contention 4 remains unresolved.
The attachment to this filing, which contains material that is classified as " SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" discusses Applicants' " Motion for Reconsideration of Contention 4 (Reliance in LLEA) on Applicants' Security Plan." This attachment should be protected under 10CFR73.21 and will be sent only to the limited service list.
