On behalf of Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L), pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. section 552) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's -(NRC) implementing regulations (10 C.F.R. Pan 9, Subpart A), I request copies of:
any and all documents, records, and information relating to an allegation or allegations designated by the NRC with the identifier RII-93-A-0187, relating to CP&L and/or CP&L's H.B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2, including but not limited to any NRC inspection or investi ? tion conducted in response to the F
allegation (s). See attached copy of a letter from Mr. George R. Jenkins, Director, NRC Enforcement and Investigation Coordination Staff, NRC Region II, to Mr.
Tyron[e] Mosley, obtained under the Freedom of Information Act from the U.S.
Department of Labor.
By this letter, I request all information referred to in the above paragraph, in whatever form, written or otherwise, including but not limited to statements, notes, summaries, drafts, correspondence, interview reports, files, records, inspection irports, and any other data compilation, whether originated by CP&L, the NRC, or otherwise.
For each and every requested item (or portion thereof) that you withhold pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act exemption, please provide an index itemizing and' describing the items withheld and individually disclosing the specific bases for withholding.
