ERRATA TO SAPL'S MOTION TO DISMISS THE OPERATING LICENSE APPLICATION FOR SEABROOK UNIT 2 SAPL wishes to note the typographical error in its recent Motion to Dismiss the Operat ing License Applicat ion for Uni t II. That er ror is found en page 1, in which SAPL states the supporting regulatory requirement as 10 CFR Section 50.47(1).
That requirement is, in fact, 50.57(a)(1).
And the subsequent references in the Motion to 50.47(1) should be similarly disregarded.
