O UNTRACKEDITEM CIO Weekly Report Number 4 I O HOLD POINT NOTIFICATION CONDITION DETAILS In CIO Weekly Report #4 we indicated that the CIO considers receipt of a complete listing of the NRC Commitments a constraint to the Quality Verification Program (QVP) and a prerequisite to the Construction Completion Program (CCP).
As of this date, the CIO has only received a partial list of these commitments. Also, it is our understanding that development of the total commitment list and responsibility for tracking has been transferred to CP Co's Licensing Department.
In order to facilitate our efforts, we are requesting to be placed on distribution for documentation and orocedures pertinant to the NRC Project Commitment Tracking Program, to be notified one (1) day in advance of upcoming meetings important to the subject, and to be provided a schedule that addresss the completion of these events.

RESPONSE
is a copy of all currently a6rembled NRC commitment lists. except those previously provided.
The development of the commitment management system is currently in its initiation stages with gathering of information and development of procedures being the priorities presently.
It is estimated based on the amount of information collected that the time frame for implementation of the management system will be 8 to 12 months.
The projected manpower requirements for this program are:
1.
6 permanent licensing people 2.
8 people from the various departments assigned temporarily to assist with system input. The duration is dependant of the number of entries from the individual departments.
A report of the status of the system will be issued periodically (duration not set at this time) and a copy will be supplied to you.
