Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
Update Pages - Inservice Inspection Ten Year Plan (1973-1983)
In keeping with the Omaha Public Power District's past policy of updating the Ten Year Plan to reflect the actual examinations per-formed, the District is forwarding the attached revised pages.
With the insertion of these pages, it should be noted that, with one exception, all required or planned ISI weld and support exami-nations have either been completed or had exemption requests filed as of the 1983 refueling outage.
The single exception to the total completion is the examination of " valve body" welds on HCV-347 and HCV-348.
The District's ISI vendor has advised us that l
ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section IWA-2400(c) allows one year following completion of an interval to complete any outstand-ing examinations.
Therefore, these welds will be examined during the 1984 refueling outage.
