Please consider " documents" to include reports, studies, test results, correspondence,

} memoranda, meeting notes, meeting minutet, working papers, graphs, charts, diagrams, notes and summaries of cor.versations

]j and interviews, computer records, and any other forms of written communication, including inter nal NRC Staff memoranda. The j documents are specifically requested from, but not limited to, i the following off-ices of the NRC: Office of the Analysis and Evaluation of Operational Data (AEOD); Office of Nuclear Reactor i Regulation (NRR); Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (Research); Office of Inspection and Enforcement (I&E); Generic Issues Branch of the Division of Safety Technology, NRR; and the Operating Reactors Branches of the Division of Licensing. In your response, please identify which documents correspond to which j

requests below.

i y- 1. The.ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) program as proposed and implemented, or not implemented, by Niagara Mohawk Power Company during the replacemu it, including any analyses of it; and

2. NRC's knowledge and/or analysis of the time required for the l replacement including, but not limited to, possible errors made i in the removal and cutting of piping, problems caused by the

- sequencing and scheduling of work, qualifications of the work force performing the replacement, and utility management planning for the replacement.
