Dear Sir:
On April 29,1983, Florida Power Corporation (FPC) submitted B&W Document No.
77-1140899-01, " Bounding Analytical Assessment of NUREG-0630 on LOCA and Operating KW/FT Limits".
FPC also reported its participation in a B&W Owners Group effort to provide compensating models for the bounding assessment. Please find attached B&W Document No. 77-114089-01, " Bounding Analytical Assessment of NUREG-0630 Models on LOCA KW/FT Limits With Use of FLECSET".
This documents compensating models and provides justification for use of those models.
