I authorize and request Georgians Against Nuclear Energy (GANE) to represent me and my interests in the above proceeding involving Georgia Tech's request to renew the license of the Neely Research Reactor on Atlantic Drive in downtown Atlanta. More specifically, I authorize Ms. Glenn Carroll or anyone she designates to represent me and my interests.

Atlanta, Georgia. I believe my l'ife and health are jeopardized by )J s Georgia Tech's request to continue operating the Neely Research Reactor.
