- 2. I reside in Atlanta. I am an alunmus of Georgia Tech and a brother in good standing of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. Phi Gamma l
Delta houses many of my young brothers and I am a frequent visitor to the house. It is located at 841 Fowler Street and is within 1,000 yards of the reactor. The Phi Gamma Delta motto is "Not For College-Days Alone" by which I am compelled to have concern for the well-being of my brothers who live, sleep, eat and attend school near the reactor.
