Comes now ROBERT P. PAINE, who being duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:
- l. I am a member in good standing of Georgians Against Nuclear -
Energy (GANE). I authorize and request GANE to represent me and my
- interests in the above proceeding involving Georgia Tech's request to j renew the license of the Georgia Tech Research Reactor on Atlantic Drive in downtown Atlanta. More specifically, I authorize Ms. Glenn Carroll or anyone she designates to represent me and my interests.

- 2. I reside in Atlanta. I am an alunmus of Georgia Tech and a brother in good standing of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. Phi Gamma
, l Delta houses many of my young brothers and I am a frequent visitor to the house. It is located at 841 Fowler Street and is within 1,000 yards of the reactor. The Phi Gamma Delta motto is "Not For College-Days Alone" by which I am compelled to have concern for the well-being of my brothers who live, sleep, eat and attend school near the reactor.
