REVISION TO APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S.Neclear Regulatory Commission (the " Commission"), Duquesne Light Company ("DLC"),
holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that our Application No. 86 be revised concerning clarification of the P-7, P-8, P-9 and P-10 pemissives.
The proposed change does not involve a significant change in the types or a significant increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility. The change involves a single safety issue, Revision 1 of Application No. 86 concerning clarifica-tion (,f the P-7, P-8, P-9 and P-10 permissives, and is in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that our Applieution No. 86 be amended in the fom attached.
