The subject Inspection Report, dated December 6,

identified three (3) violations of 10 CFR 73.55 concerning E$h~d4' the Port Calhoun Station Physical Security Plan and the Q$o Guard Training and Qualification Plan.
The report also g
o EDm4H identified one (1) deviation concerning a failure to revise the Port Calhoun Station Site Security Plan.
Accordingly, as required by the Notice of Violation and the Notice of Deviation, please find attached the Omaha Public Power District's responses to the identified items.
These responsea also reflect information discussed in a telephone conversation with NRC Region IV af ter the security audit.
