O HOLD POINT NOTIFICATION CONDITION DETAILS An inconsistency exists between specification requirements on the spacing between anchor bolts of different diameters.
The spccifications in question are:
C-305 - Design, Furnish, Install & Test Expansion Type Anchor Bolts C-306 - Design, Furnishing and Installation of Grouted Anchor Bolts The inconsistency resulted from the issuance of SCN 13007 against Specification C-305.
Please advise CIO of completion of corrective action in order that the item can be tracked and closed if the corractive action is satisfactory.

Detailed below is our complete response to Stone & Webster's concern with an inconsistency, which currently exists between Spac. 7220-C-305 and Spec. 7220-C-306.
To alleviate the present inconsistency caused by SCN C-305-13007 between Spec. 7220-C-305 anc' Spec. 7220-C-306; relative to anchor bolt spacing.
Bechtel Project Engineering is preparing an "SCN (Specification Change Notice) No. 14001 for Spec. 7220-C-306.
The forecast date, for issuance and attachment to Spec. 7220-C-306 is February 14, 'i984.
The forecast date, for incorporation into the text of Spec. 7220-C-306 is March 30, 1984.
