g-g Catawba Nuclear Station Revised Response Violation No. 50-413/83-17-01 50-414/83-16-01 In the Corrective Acticn section of the response, the following items are revised:
Step 4) QA Procedure QA-140, Quality Assurance Inspector Certification, will be revised to specify that practical examinations will be administered by the Level III Examiner or a designated Level II Inspector within the same discipline. This designation shall be in writing by the Level III Examiner.
Step 5) Full compliance will be achieved by February 10, 1984.
