VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 1994 ANNUAL STEAM GENERATOR INSERVICE INSPECTION REPORT in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specifications 4.4.5.5.b and 6.9.1.4, Virgirla Electric and Power Company hereby submits the 1994 Steam Generator Annual inservice Inspection Report for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2.
During the September 1994 refueling outage for North Anna Power Station Unit 1, no tubes were plugged in the steam generators. A total of 1803 of 3592 tubes in steam generator "A" and 1796 of 3592 tubes in steam generator "C" were inspected with no indications recorded.
The associated Steam Generator examination maps are attached.
Since the North. Anna Unit 2 S'eam Generator tubes were not examined in 1994, no i
results are reported herein. The next refueling outage for Unit 2 is scheduled to commence March 25,1995, at which time the steam generators will be replaced.
