A copy of the inspection reports that were allegedly falsified concerning the construction work at the Nine hile 2 nuclear plant.
2.
The NRC rules, regulations or procedures pertaining to the construction of nuclear plants.
3.
A copy of the recommended fines and violations levied against Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation in reference to the Nine Mile 2 nuclear plant.
