By letter dated November 28, 1983, Georgia Power Company proposed an amendment to the Plant Hatch Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications (Appendix A to the Operating Licenses).
This amendment would have changed requirements to allow plant operations for up to 30 continuous minutes without forced recirculation flow.
This proposal is hereby withdrawn froin further consideration by the NRC at this time.
