VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 RADIOLOGICAL EFFLUENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Your letter dated May 5,1983, enclosed Amendment Nos. 48 and 31 to the North Anna 1 and 2 Facility Operating Licenses which approved the Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications.
In this letter, you also identified two minor discrepancies in the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM).
The following discrepancies were to be corrected in the next revision to the ODCM:
- An error was found in the gaseous flow diagram, in which the main condenser air ejector effluent should be substream to the vent-vent A rather than to the vent stack A.
- The process vent monitor (GW-101) has not been included in the gaseous setpoint calculation, although the monitor has been identified in the flow diagram.
It has been determined that the discrepancies that you have identified are currently correct within the ODCM.

Amendment Nos. 48 and 31 to the North Anna 1 and 2 Facility Operating License will be implemented no later than January 1, 1984.
