Dear Mr. Denton:

In the above referenced letter, South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G) requested changes to the Technical Specifications which would support desired changes in the nuclear organization's structure.

In processing the changes administratively through SCE&G, we find it necessary to revise The the titles of two of the positions listed in that letter.

titles of Principal Engineer, Nuclear Safety and the Deputy Manager, Operations and Maintenance should be revised to Senior Engineer, Nuclear Safety and the Deputy Director, Operations and Maintenance respectively.

The functions of these two positions will not differ from those presented in our previous submittal.

Since these two changes do not revise the No Significant Hazards determination it should not inhibit the NRC's processing of the requested changes.
