Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In my letter of October 21, 1983 concerning replacement of undersized motor operators for Westinghcose valves (Significant Deficiency Report No. SD 413-414/82-09), it was stated that the work for Unit 1 and Unit 2 would be completed by February 1,1984.
Completion has been delayed by additional delivery problems with the bolting material. The wor'c for both units will be completed by April _1, 1984.
