In view of the Board's firmness with intervenors about v.eeting deadlines, the deadline for sumu ry disposition being Sentenber 1and the amount of disc lob 3 f ucen now and the due date (March 5) for any response to this notion and its extensive affidavits, I reouest an expedited ruling (informally by card or telephone will he fine for me) on the timeliness of the above-naned motion eo that I'll know if I need to respond to it.
