By copy of this letter, we are forwarding copy number MCD-134-5 to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Licensing. Those portions of the enclosed revision concerning the perimeter ience at the intake canal shall become effective not later than 24 months after NRC approval. This letter and its enclosures satisfy the conditions of Florida Power & Light Company Letter L-83-560, dated November 24, 1983.
