Florida Power Corporation (as required by Technical Specification Appendix B, Part II, Section 3.2.2) hereby submits one copy of the summary report of the environmental monitoring program conducted from 1977 through 1981 in the vicinity of the Crystal River site. This report was previously transmitted to the Environmental Protection Agency on August 30,1983.

1983, Florida Power is submitting three (3) copies of a summary report of the environmental monitoring program conducted from 1077 through 1981 in the vicinity of our Crystal River Plant.

This environmental monitoring was required by Part III.G. of NPDES Permit FL0000159 and by Nuclear Regulatory Commission Permit DPR-72.
