MOTION OF ATTORNEY GENERAL BELLOTTI FOR RECONSIDERATION OF BOARD RULING RE EXAMINATION OF PREPARATION TIME Attorney General Bellotti hereby moves the Board to reconsider its determination, as set forth in its Memorandum and Order dated' June 30, 1983,.that the Applicants need to: include so-called " preparation time" in their evacuation cine estimates.
As grounds for this motion, Attorney C-eneral Bellotti states that NUREG-0654, Rev. 1 requires
-inclusion of preparation time, to which fact its author has testified and the Appeals Board has referred.
