VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 TEMPORARY SPECIAL SECURITY MEASURES FOR CONTAINMENT ACCESS FACILITY This letter provides notification of temporary special security measures that are to be implemented for the Containment Access Facility that is being constructed to support the North Anna Unit 2 steam generator replacement / refueling outage. The North Anna Unit 2 steam generator replacement / refueling outage is currently scheduled to begiri on March 25,1995. The enclosure to this letter provides the details of the temporary special security measures.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
