Dear Mr. Seidle:
This letter withdraws the potential 10CFR50.55(e) report concerning work-manship on Swagelok Fittings and tubing installation at the Wolf Creek j
job site.
This matter was initially reported on February 5,1983, with suppleme ital information provided in References 1) and 2).
I As stated in Reference 2), information obtained from inspections and l
testing of various tubing installations was transmitted to the Architect /
Engineer (A/E) for evaluation. The A/E has now completed the e valuation and determined that the tubing installation in question does not represent a safety concern and would not adversely affect safety of operations.
Therefore, KG&E has concluded that this matter is not reportable pursuant to 10CFR50.55(e).
