In its !'emorandum and Order (Reflecting Decisions ::ade Pollowing
'Prehearing Conference) dated September 22, 1982, the Board admitted, among others, CCNC Contentions 12 (Jordan Dam 3reak) and 14 (Hydrilla).
After discovery of the Applicants, we have reassessed these two contentions and would like at this ti.me to withdraw them from this proceeding.
We have apprised the Applicants of this already so as to eliminate their moving for summary disposition.
