July 12, 1983, G03-83-544 In reference 1, you requested that within 120 days we provide schedules for the implementation of the requirements enclosed with the reference.
Due to the recent implementation of a construction delay at WNP-3 by the Supply System (references 2 and 3) it is not possible at this time to commit to a schedule for implementation of the requirements of reference 1.
As indicated in references 2 and 3, all construction activities at WNP-3 will resume when an assured source of funding is obtained. Therefore, we plan to provide the requested schedules upon construction restart.
It should be understood that with construction of WNP-3 currently in suspension, we will not be making any changes prior to restart that will make implementation of the requirements of reference 1 more difficult.
