2nclosed is a copy of " Applicants' Motion to Strike Contention 4," which relates to long-term ecological effects on cropland and groundwater of salt deposition due to the operation of the Hope Creek cooling tower.
Also enclosed are copies of the transcript from the deposition of Dr.
Richard R.
Parizek and Dr.
Gary W.
- Petersen, taken on January 13, 1984.
Other parties made arrangements at the time of the deposition for receiving a copy of the tran-script; all exhibits except No. 16 (served herewith) were provided at the time of the deposition.
- At the deposition on January 13,
- 1984, the parties agreed that the reporter would send the deponents a copy of the transcript for their prompt review and execution (Dep.
-200).
The transcript was sent to the deponents by Federal Express ~ on January 16, 1984.
