At the deposition on January 13, 1984, we agreed to send Dr. Petersen and Dr. Parizek a copy of the deposition transcript for their prompt review and execution (Tr. 200).
The transcript was sent to the deponents by Federal Express on January 16, 1984.
At this date, the reporter has not yet received the executed transcript.
