Effective January 1,1995, Mr. John L. Skolds will assume the position of Senior Vice President, Generation, for South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G). While in this capacity, Mr. Skolds will continue to serve as the Senior Nuclear Officer for SCE&G. Also effective January 1,1995, Mr. Gary J.
