Door Replaced 05000397/LER-1983-007-03, /03L:on 831222,fire Hydrant FP-HT-1G Did Not Drain & Froze During Cold Weather.Caused by Contractor Inadvertently Blocking Drain Port for Hydrant While Pouring Concrete.Hydrant Repaired 05000397/LER-1983-008-03, /03L:on 831222,damper WOA-SMD-1B Malfunctioned. Guillotine Damper Binded in Track & Was Left in Open Position.Cause Unknown 05000397/LER-1983-009-03, /03L:on 831222,fire Damper WOA-SMD-1A Manually Propped Open.Caused by Link Holding Damper Open Fusing Due to Influx of Dust to Activating Detector.New Link Installed ML20080A045
