Interrogatory No. 1 4
Provide Log Nunber, corresponding Pinding Repor.t Nunber (with report) and corresponding Nonconformance Report Number (with report), as well as corresponding Inspection and Engineering Report on all welding infractions on all welds (such as elbows, etc.) made on pipes into and out of the reactor core containment.
Answer Inspection and Enforcement Reports, correspondence between applicant and NRC, and corresponding Pinding Reports and Nonconformance Reports relating to welding and welding procedure i
infractions identified by the NRC have been made available previously for inspection and copying (Discovery 15, Item 1).
This inf ormation was also previously provided under Discovery 2, Items 1, 2, and 3 and was updated to include i
correspondence between Applicant and NRC related to welding since this information was criginally provided..There are no unique log numbers for such documents as found in the Bechtel Inspection Record Logs.
The records described above include records of pipe welding infractions for pipes into and out of the reactor pressure vessel.
