NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL On November 18 and 22, 1983, the General Counsel and the Appeal Board ruled that my prior participation in the Limerick operating license proceeding provides no ground for precluding my appearance as counsel for Applicant.M Similarly, on January 3, 1984, the Licensing Board summarily denied requests for my disqualification from the proceeding and noted that such requests, when not supported, raise questions about the seriousness and purity of purpose of the movants.2_/ Despite these repeated written affirmations of my conclusion that I may represent Applicant in this proceeding, a conclusion I reached in consultation 1/ Memorandum to Christine N.
