Docket No. 50-322-OL-3 Gentlemen:
Enclosed is the Suffolk County Response to LILCO and NRC Staff Objections to Intervenors' Proposed Emerency Planning Contentions Modified to Reflect Revision 3 of the LILCO Plan.
The County requests that the Board notify the parties when it has issued an order ruling on the Objections, so that the witnesses who are preparing testimony for submission on March 2 can be told what contentions they should address in that testimony.
