Duquesne Light Company (DLC), acting on its own behalf ard as agent for The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, Ohio Edison Ccxnpany, and The Toledo Edison Company, is filing herewith three signed originals plus fif teen (15) copies of the General Informat ion, forty-one (41) c opies of the Environment al Report (ER), and forty (40) copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) in application for docketing for the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2 (BVPS-2).

The General Information and the Antitrust Report s were filed with the NRC on December 21, 1982.

The FSAR and ER uere tendered with the NRC on January 26, 1983.

On May 1, 19 83 DLC r ece iv'ed Mr. D. G.

Eise nhut 's acceptance letter dated May 4, 1983, entitled, "The Acceptance Review of 1

for Opersting License for Beaver Valley Unit 2."
