Dear Mr. Denton and Ms. Diggs:

DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 AMENDMENT APPROVAL FEES TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST NO. 69 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 In a letter dated April 20, 1983, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has requested that Wisconsin Electric Power Company remit the additional sum of $8,300 as payment of the license amendment review and approval fees for the recently approved Tech-nical Specification changes which allow repair of degraded steam generator tubes by sleeving.

A Class IV fee was determined to be appropriate by your staff because this review involved consideration of several safety issues and issuance of an Environmental Impact Appraisal.

Accordingly, as requested, we have enclosed herewith a check drawn in the amount of $8,300 as payment of these additional fees.

Very truly yours, D
