DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 AUXILIARY FEEDWATER SYSTEM OPERABILITY POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 On March 24, 1983, we submitted to the NRC a letter discussing the concept of operability as it relates to the auxiliary feedwater system at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
That letter suggested that certain temporary clarifications to the Point Beach Technical Specifications may be appropriate.
You were requested to notify us if you considered these changes necessary so that we could provide the specified license amendment approval fees.
Mr. Miller's letter dated April 27, 1983 provided this notification.
As requested in that letter, we are providing here-with a check drawn in the amount of $4,000 as payment of the license amendment approval fees.
