Dear Chairman Edles and Judges Buck and Kohl:
This letter is to advise the Appeal Board and the parties of an allegation Licensee has received which we currently are investigating.
At the present time, Licensee is unaware of any nexus between the allegation and issues raised during
-the TMI-1 restart proceeding.
An employee of Licensee has alleged that Mr. Jack D.
Burg, a former employee of Stress Control, Inc., lacked the requisite academic and/or license qualifications to perform his assigned job of conducting psychological evalu-ations of employees and applicants for employment at Three Mile Island.
Mr. Burg left Stress Control in May, 1982.
